Educational Qualification

Central Passport Organisation: Office Assistant in Level-1 with 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification and 3 years regular service in the grade.

Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service: Group ‘C’ Multi-Tasking Staff in Level-1 who have passed 12th Class from a recognized Board and have completed not less than 3 years regular service.

Ministry of External Affairs (Cadre Cell): Multi-Tasking Staff who have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board, completed at least 3 years regular service in Level-1 and successfully completed mandatory training programmes prescribed by the Ministry.

Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service:
Permanent or regularly appointed temporary Group ‘C’ employee with Grade Pay ₹1800.
Must have completed at least 3 years regular service.
Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Candidates are required to pass prescribed English/Hindi Typewriting Test as per departmental rules.

Central Administrative Tribunal: Group ‘C’ staff with Grade Pay ₹1800, possessing 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification and 3 years regular service.

Office of Registrar General of India: Group ‘C’ staff in Level-1 (₹18,000-56,900) possessing 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University and minimum 3 years regular service.

National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO): Regular employees who possess 12th Standard or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University and have completed 3 years regular service in Level-1.

Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare: Group ‘C’ staff in Level-1 possessing 12th Class Pass certificate and 3 years regular service.

Office of Development Commissioner (MSME): Group ‘C’ staff in Pay Level-1 under 7th CPC possessing 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification and 3 years regular service.

Central Translation Bureau: Group ‘C’ staff with Grade Pay ₹1800 possessing 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification and 3 years regular service.

Official Language Wing, Legislative Department: Group ‘C’ staff with Grade Pay ₹1800 possessing 12th Class Pass qualification and 3 years regular service.

Bureau of Police Research & Development: Group ‘C’ staff in Level-1 (₹18,000-56,900) possessing 12th Class Pass or equivalent qualification and 3 years regular service.

Age Limit
